We guarantee your satisfaction and mural longevity, with terms below

General Conditions

All guarantees apply only to projects where full payment terms are met as agreed in the signed contract (including deposits and any early-pay incentives).
Guarantees are valid only for murals created and installed by Heartspace Art using our specified premium materials and protective coatings.
Guarantees are non-transferable and apply solely to the original commissioning client and location.
Heartspace Art reserves the right to document the completed work for marketing and verification purposes.

Legacy Guarantee

“Attract attention and media coverage” is defined as measurable visibility: inclusion in at least one Heartspace-managed press release or earned media outreach.
If external coverage cannot be secured within 90 days of completion, Heartspace will provide a PR/visibility package (e.g., sponsored posts or targeted outreach) at no cost.
Heartspace is not responsible for independent editorial decisions by third-party media outlets.

Love Your Design Guarantee

Unlimited revisions apply prior to final design approval. Major scope changes after approval (e.g., resizing the mural or altering core concepts) may incur additional costs.

Longevity Guarantee

Covers paint fading, peeling, or damage under normal conditions for 2 years.
Excludes damage from vandalism, natural disasters, or alterations made by others.
Touch-ups are limited to restoring the original design and do not include relocating or resizing the mural.

Community Impact Guarantee

“5000 views” includes combined reach across Heartspace’s owned channels and organic impressions tracked via social media analytics.
If this threshold is not met within 120 days, Heartspace will fund and manage a spotlight ad campaign targeting your community until it is achieved.

Clean & Carefree Guarantee

Applies to the immediate workspace and surrounding areas directly impacted by Heartspace’s work.
Client must report any concerns within 7 days of completion for Heartspace to address them at no cost.

On-Time Completion Guarantee

Applies to projects where full payment (including upfront installments) is received on or before agreed milestones.
The $100/day discount applies only to delays caused solely by Heartspace Art and excludes factors beyond our control (e.g., weather, client-requested changes, permitting issues, or access delays).
Maximum discount is capped at 5% of the total project fee.

Fixed Investment Guarantee

The quoted price covers all items outlined in the signed proposal.
Price adjustments may occur if the client requests scope changes, additional features, or delays access to the site, requiring rescheduling or additional labor.
