The sculpture, "Reef Seed" was created for the 2023 MOSH Artist in Residence program and was collaboratively created by the artists of Heartspace Art and Caelen Proctor. This partnership represents something beautiful and uniquely Jacksonville. Caelen and Danielle Cleary of Heartspace Art are cousins that grew up creating art together and visiting MOSH. The two are fourth generation natives of Jacksonville and independently found their way into professional art. They now combine their creative talents in their first ever collaboration! The theme of this work and much of the two artists' work is focused on environmental awareness and humanities potential for planetary stewardship.
